Details

The statsd benchmark test suite covers wrapping transform rules. This pulls in the Transform Rules System as a dependency. This is behavior we used at one point in testing but which we no longer use in production. Noticed in as I'm overhauling the TRS for bug 1409648. Let's remove this test but preserve the other one that verifies behavior we are still using.
