WebRender causes some word-wrapped link underlines to extend into the paragraph margins

Details
1. Enable WebRender prefs:
gfx.webrender.blob-images = true
gfx.webrender.enabled = true
2. Load https://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/05/15/fix-carpet-dents_n_3275207.html
3. Look for a link that spans a link break, such as "how to easily erase these divots".
RESULT:
The link's green underline extends into the right and left margins.
If you disable WebRender and restart Firefox, the underlines wrap correctly.
I am running Nightly 59 build 2017-11-23 on macOS 10.13.1.
