Steps to reproduce:
1. Create an event with a reminder in the near future
2. Wait for the Reminder pop-up window to appear
3. Close the Reminder pop-up window (do not snooze or dismiss the reminder)
Actual results:
The Reminder pop-up window cannot manually be reopened without restarting Thunderbird
Expected results:
There should be a button or menu item somewhere to re-open the Reminder pop-up window
