1420554 - avatars in the header of mozillians.org don't turn around correctly

fresh profile: layers.acceleration.force-enabled, gfx.webrender.enabled

If an avatar should turn around, it's either just black or pops to the foreground. I think that has always been broken.

Disabling layout.display-list.retain does not help.
Fixed by disabling WebRender.

This being fixed with a PR - is there a Gecko side reftest that we can add that catches this problem?
