User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:57.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/57.0
Build ID: 20171112125346
Steps to reproduce:
Have two Firefox windows open. One is playing a video, such as from youtube. The other window is just web browsing. Both windows are visible on screen (such as docked to the left and right sides of the screen). While opening new tabs on the browsing window, the video on the video window will occasionally stop playing. Audio will continue, but the video will stop until the mouse hovers over, then it will resume at the time it should be on.
Actual results:
While opening new tabs on the browsing window, the video on the video window will occasionally stop playing. Audio will continue, but the video will stop until the mouse hovers over, then it will resume at the time it should be on.
Expected results:
The video should continue playing

It may depend on your machine's capability.
Can you go to your Url bar to enter "about:support" and paste the content here?
Also please screen capture of "Stats for nerds"[1] and attached it here?
Thanks.
[1]Right click on Youtube video and select "Stats for nerds".

Not on the same system at the moment but I'll update when I can. This wasn't happening before the most recent Firefox update, however.

Hi willosaurus,
Would you please try this[1] to get the logs and attach it to bugzilla?
The log may be useful for us to know what's happening.
Thank you!
