User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:57.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/57.0 Build ID: 20171112125346 Steps to reproduce: Firefox Quantum employs "multi-process" BUT this is not enabled by DEFAULT in Firefox Quantum. The result of this oversight(?), especially when using FACEBOOK, is very high CPU Usage (often 100%) and massive Memory Bloat over time. The fix is easy and someone needs to address this. To resolve High CPU usage in Firefox Quantum, do as follows. Navigate to "about:config" using Firefox’s address bar. Click I accept the risk! when the warning message is displayed. Scroll down to: browser.tabs.remote.autostart (EXACTLY as shown here) Set "Value" to "TRUE" Actual results: see above Expected results: see above
