how do you print windows created by:

window.open("http://www.mozilla.org", "Mozilla",
"toolbar=no,location=no,directories=no,status=yes,menubar=no,scrollbars=yes,width=350,height=550,resizable=yes");

without any toolbar-button or menu? CTRL-P is possible - but is that all? why
not make a context-entry "print" / also for frames!?
the first attachement does not work in mozilla / in IE it does - so this is the
improved one for mozilla ...
Looks likes a front-end issue

I believe this is a duplicate of the "have a way to re-enable menus and toolbars
that web pages turn off" bug.
just a "print"-entry in the context-menu would be enough - like IE offers it -
turning on the toolbars only for printing is not necessary in my opinion.
produce [Show Toolbars] at the top of the menu will be the best way to address
the print issue as well as the many other possible missing menu/toolbar items.
