Bugzilla's email settings are scattered over several preference pages: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=settings Email Notifications https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email Email Preferences https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=bugmail_filter Bugmail Filtering https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=securemail Secure Mail I understand not wanting to have all settings on one page because that may be overwhelming. But having email settings scattered across several pages makes it difficult to find them and know what all can be customized. In particular, having "Email Notifications" on the "General Preferences" page is not intuitive. I think that's part of the reason why I didn't discover the "Add 'New:' to subject line of email sent when a new bug is file" setting until today (see also bug 1421024). Also, the settings are using "Email," "Bugmail," and "Mail" to describe what I perceive to be the same thing (email). Unifying the terminology could be useful.
You missed one too, I think -- component watching is about email too. emma: wasn't there a tracking bug for reorganizing the email settings?

That's bug 1396160, which I'll make this a dependency of.
