In Firefox new tab - Site suggestion will be loaded on the new tab, when a suggested site is deleted which is in last row then only 2 or few suggestions become accessible rest become unusable, This requires the page to be refreshed.

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:52.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/52.0; Firefox 52.5.0 - 111512-1500630392-1.46 Build ID: 20171107091003 Steps to reproduce: Open a new tab, You will find list of site recommendations as Thumbnail, close one of that in last row. Actual results: Thumbnails which are on 1st or 2nd row become unusable and it needs a refresh to be active again. Expected results: Should be allowed to delete any of the Thumbnails.
