This appears to be a TP glitch. It's blocking the image. When I disable TP, it works

I've investigated the issue with Tracking Protection enable both basic and strict and was not able to reproduce it.
[Tested with:]
Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 63.0a1 (2018-07-19)
Operating System: Windows 10 Pro
@Eric can you still reproduce it?
