142141 - New Profile and Account Wizard doesn't appear till I resize the Sidebar

Branch build 2002-05-03: WinMe

Overview: In a new profile when Mail opens the Account Wizard does not open and
the majority of the screen looks grey. I have to resize the Sidebar down and
then the Account Wizard appears.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Creat a new profile
2. Open Mail

Actual Results: The majority of the 3pane mail window is grey and the Account
Wizard does not open. I can see the Free WebMail folder. 
Workaround: Select the divider between the folder pane and the Sidebar, move the
divider down. Now the majority of the 3pane window looks correct with a white
background and the Account Wizard appears.

Expected Results: The Account Wizard should automatically appear

Nominating for a beta blocker and marking nsbeta1 since creating new profiles
and configuring mail and seeing the Account Wizard is expected behavior and if
this doesn't work would be a bad initial experience.

We can reproduce the problem on Stephend's Win2k system.

It appears to be a Windows only problem since the problem doesn't occur on Linux
RH 7.1 or Mac 10.1.3.

Branch build 2002-04-26: WinMe, ok.
Branch build 2002-05-29: WinMe, problem occurs so it must have happened over a
weekend.

this doesn't happen in the trunk. I just tried and it worked fine. (2002050308) 

Looks like we are pinging the CPU at 100% which is why the account manager can't
come up.

This seems to be working fine in the recent build (2002050606). New Profile, 
skipping mainstream activation, launching into mailnews -> AccountWizard 
lanuched.

Ninoschka you can verify this one and resolve as WFM.

This bug doesnt happen in the trunk and only in the branch and if the fix to the
splitter on friday fixed this bug then wonder why the problem didnt occur in the
trunk as well like the other splitter issue.
Fixing as closed so that it stays on QA radar.

Marking verified1.0.0 since it appears to be fixed in the branch build using
Build 2002-05-06: WinMe, NT4, WinXP and Stephen's Win2k build from late last
Friday. Also marking Verified/Fixed since I don't see this problem on the trunk.
