Details

We need a high-level API so that an application can check more detailed 
information on mechanisms that a token support. One example is to check for the 
CK_WRAP capability of the CKM_3DES_CBC_PAD mechanism on a token, which is 
required in order to wrap (extract) a key. This was needed by PSM in order to 
try to determine whether a token could wrap keys. See bug 137506.
