Steps to reproduce:

1. Open website https://dotaznik.heureka.cz/o/jhv98gqq8urgywog02ii6bo6gkrsjbfo-1/?source=bWtlbUBzZXpuYW0uY3o%3D
2. Try to playing with slider (drag & move), clicking on stars or options, writing text into textarea, adding texts via "+" or "-" sign 


PLEASE DO NOT submit the form, because it is rating of e-shop and its product. Thank you.


Actual results:

Repainting of form's element's changes is very laggy and CPU usage of content process is very high!

IMPORTANT NOTICE: if I disable (set to false) option called "gfx.webrender.blob-images", the problem with laggy repainting is gone and everything works well.


Expected results:

Changes in form's elements should be painted without any lags.
