when going into the tabbed mode, the url entry text field would not accept
command from the keyboard.  Using beos developer version 5.04.  works fine when
opening multiple windows.  Only first window accepts entry.


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. ctrl t
2. place mouse cursor
3. try and type

Actual Results:  nothing, thats the problem

Expected Results:  url gets entered, page displayed, life is good
