The l10n repack for debugQA, cZ and DOMi is currently broken. This is tracked in bug 1231349. Fixing this will still take some time. To check if there are further l10n build issues the extensions need to be temporarily removed from the package and the build process. This can be done in confvars.sh.

As mentioned on irc. cZ and DOMi are currently broken anyway.
