When viewing mail and with a message being shown and with the
message window selected the message does not respond to scroll
(down arrow). Instead the message seems to toggle between read/unread
stated. Note that the message view window seems to be selected and the
scroll bar works fine.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Set for IMAP server
2.Open Inbox Mail
3.Select a message to view that is large enough to more than fill 
the window
4. Select the message shown
5. Hit down arrow.

Actual Results:  No scrolling!!

Expected Results:  Expect that the message will scroll up to view the rest of it.

Note this is with an IBM T20 Thinkpad laptop and with
W2000 and Greek language enabled (not a Greek W2000 just
the language enabled).

I am unable to reproduce this on 2002050308 (Win2K). The message scrolls fine.

Sorry that I did not mention that I had the Greek language enabled for Mozilla.
So I have confirmed that above behavior is related to the Greek language package
of Mozilla (works fine with default English US). Note that I have installed the
Greek language pack as an add-on to Mozilla from moz.sourceforge.org (file
'http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/moz/langelgr-1.0-RC1)

Hmm... strange. This seems a I10n bug. The language pack changes the behavior of
the down arrow key. I will try to investigate what's going on.

OK bug confirmed.This is a localisation bug and happens only when the Greek
language pack is installed (With the German language pack the arrow key scrolls
OK). Probably there is an error in some dtd files . Since I am the owner of the
Greek localisation I 'll try to fix it.

OK. Bug fixed- a forgotten command key in messenger.dtd caused this behavior.The
fix will appear on the language pack for the next official release. Could
somebody  change the status of the bug please?
