User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:57.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/57.0
Build ID: 20171112125346
Steps to reproduce:
Select a mailbox.
I have tried to find some setting for date format in TB, but have understood that it should use the system settings, so I have not as far as I know touched any date format setting in TB.
My TB version is 58.0b1.
I have Swedish Windows 10 Pro with regular Swedish date format settings.
Actual results:
The date format in the mailbox listing and in the message preview, as well as in the standalone message window, is I guess an American date format e.g "10/6/2017 6:42 AM".
Expected results:
The date should have displayed according to my OS settings e.g "2017-10-06 06:42".

You use a en-US version of Thunderbird, correct? Then it's now defaulting to the application locale -> en-US.
But there is a solution: go in prefs to Advanced/General. Here you find *Date and Time Formatting", check the Regional settings locale and TB should use the Swedish formatting after a restart.

Oh dear, sorry for the noise!
The Beta download does not present regionalized downloads, so I have never had this problem on Stable, and obviously I did not search good enough for the setting...
Thanks for the noobs help!
