If you have JavaScript disabled, it's impossible to expand the sections, so you can't view the information. It would be great if the sections were expanded by default if JS was disabled.

Yeah, JavaScript is required to use Bugzilla properly, but I'd agree that the basic information should always be displayed even if JavaScript is disabled. I can't work on this now but will revisit later when reviewing the bug page's UX.

I’d close this as WONTFIX.

  • JavaScript is now required to use the most features on the site (it should rather be called an app)
  • These sections are still accessible to screen readers, etc.
  • The UI will be rendered client-side in the future
  • Googlebot is now powered by the latest version of Chrome, supports JavaScript well, so it won’t be a problem SEO-wise.
