Glitch on tab loading animation
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Fedora; Linux x86_64; rv:57.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/57.0 Build ID: 20171113102334 Steps to reproduce: Open any page that takes more than 2 seconds loading and notice very small glitch on the loading indicator. OS: Fedora 27 Actual results: on the loading animation in the tab (circle bouncing) when the circle hits the left side a small line flashes on the right, please see attachment. Expected results: not that
Jared, would you please triage this?
The issue I see in that video is that the "window" for the animation is not properly set, looks like it may be off by a pixel or two. I can't reproduce this on Windows, and I haven't heard of others seeing this on OSX so it's probably just limited to Fedora. Do you have your DPI set to a non-integer value?

This page describes what I mean by "window", http://msuja.ws/svg.html
I do have a non-integer value (1.3) for the field `layout.css.devPixelsPerPx`, and the issue won't happen if I change it back to 1.
