I installed this version yesterday. today when I tried to change preferences I
could not select the categorys in the preference dialog. I have restarted the
machine and retried but still I cant select the preference categorys?

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Edit - Preferences
2.Click on left hand side of dialog
3.Can't expand or choose any category, the dialog is stuck on Navigator

Actual Results:  category side of dialog does not respond to any mouse clicks,
tab or up or down keys. The right hand side of the dialog works ok but can't be
changed from "Navigator" category

Expected Results:  Allowed selection of categorys in the preference dialog.

Machine: 1GHz Athelon, Win ME, 128 MB ram 20 GB hard disk. "Modern" theme

uninstall Mozilla, delete all files in c:\programs\mozilla.org\ (but save your
plugins) and reinstall mozilla
