Steps to reproduce:

Setup some video enhancements on the NVIDIA control panel (like edge enhancement and saturation) and then play a YouTube (1080p60 vp9/opus) video for example.

OS:Win 10 64bit
Video Card: GTX 1060 6GB
Video Driver: 388.43


Actual results:

There's no change to the video colors or edges, the tweaks had no effect.


Expected results:

The video should change according to the tweaks selected in the NVIDIA control panel.

Works fine on Edge and Chrome but has no effect on Firefox 58.0b8.

We don't use the nVidia settings because they default to:

Dynamic range: Limited (16-235)

The limited range looks washed out, so we don't use it.

You can set media.wmf.dxva.d3d11.enabled=false if you feel the need to adjust your saturation.

It affects only H.264 (AVC) video. VP9 video still ignoring video enhancements
