When attempting to place a bid on eBay - after making X number of bids on
various items, I am suddenly unable to type a number in the bid amount box. At
one time my name came up in the box! This problem is intermittent. I can cure it
by quitting Mozilla and then restarting it.

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Place bids on ebay until it happens. (Kind of expensive, though)

this is a general bug i think, it was seen by others on other platforms too. not
only ebay, but also in the location bar and so on.
