Details

STR:
- Enable Ruler
- Enable RDM

AR:
- Ruler button is still active but only after clicking the button again it actually shows the Ruler

ER:
- Carry over enabled Ruler to RDM
Product: Firefox → DevTools

I can't reproduce this issue anymore so I will close it as invalid. Feel free to reopen.
