some QA things: 

1. background color should be fully black #000000
 
2. headline should be bold to match other headlines throughout the site

3. button text should be bold to match other buttons

4. small banner needs some way to dismiss it

5. small banner needs some design love on smaller screens (https://screenshots.firefox.com/f4gny3gbyf59cS9t/bedrock-demo-craigcook.us-west.moz.works). I can make a recommendation.

and, from djst, 'are we really using the same heading or can we use something more explicit about NN?'

Jon - rough timing for flipping the switch:

Morning on Tuesday, late evening on Thursday.  Basically whenever you get up on Tuesday and then right before you go to bed on Thursday, please.
