Details
I've just installed a Debian/Woody system on an i386. Environment is KDE.
All tested programs work, except for Mozilla RC1, which comes up with 80 point fonts for the menus, sidebars, etc. The titlebar has a sane, normal
font.
On purging ~/.mozilla and installing and running build 2002050110, the problem persists.

My apologies. This looks like a problem happening elsewhere. X is reporting a
strange DisplaySize.
