For two weeks I cannot get the Bookmark Manager to function.  I add and
alphabetize new entries in the Bookmark Manager, but the bookmarks do NOT appear
when clicking on my Bookmark button.  In addition, a set of my bookmarks in one
folder will NOT alphabetize A-Z, despite the fact my settings are set to sort A-Z.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. I right click or otherwise save a bookmark.
2. I go into Bookmark Manager and move the bookmark to the appropriate folder.
3. I close Bookmark Manager and click on Bookmarks button.  I even completely
exit and reboot the browser, but still cannot access changed bookmarks.

Actual Results:  Nothing happens at all, except the changes can be viewed in
Bookmark Manager.  The new entries CANNOT be accessed from the Bookmarks button.
 This was not a problem upon initial installation of this browser, but started
ocurring a few days later!

Expected Results:  Additional bookmarks should be visible, and in the correct
sort order when using the Bookmarks button.

Works for me with RC2 on Win98

Marking works for me on win2k with build 2002061712. Reporter please try 
Mozilla 1.0 or a new nightly build.
