1423481 - Tool tip changes color with FF Quantum and Flash Player

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

Hover on any text that has a tool tip.
This happens on FF 58 and Flash Player 27.0.0.187


Actual results:

Text color of tool tip is changed, Hence unable to read the tool tip. 
It does not take a default color of the Flash Player tool tip text color.


Expected results:

Text color of tool tip should be defaulted to Flash player tool tip text color (black).

Can you try disabling async drawing to see if it fixes the issue? go into about:config and flip 
dom.ipc.plugins.asyncdrawing.enabled to false, then restart.

Yes this helped to solve the issue. Is this recommended to be set to False? If yes why is it not defaulted to False?

Yeah for hardware that displays this issue. It's a flash rendering bug in a feature that shipped last year. Doubtful a fix will get released before Flash gets EOL'd.
