As part of the fallout from bug 1421999, we have been seeing increased CPU and IO load on RDS. To try to bisect the problem, let's deploy kinto-dist 4.5.2 and see if the problem goes away or not. That will give us some information about what's actually going on.
Depolyed v4.5.2 to -prod. What we're seeing now is that RDS disk IO utilization has dropped to pre-migration/release level. However, RDS CPU utilization hasn't changed much, still at above 90% level on average.
