142389 - Adding program's options to "Handled by" syntax

i'd like to see mozilla being able to open file not just only with the program's
*.EXE but with the other commands too, like for winamp
    *.m3u
    "c:\program files\winamp\winamp.exe" /ADD "%1"

i tried to use hepler application with edited syntax for "handled by" (i added
up /ADD "%1") and it doesnot work, it just acts like plain winamp.exe

dup of bug 57420? It's OS: Linux for some reason, but i seem to remember using
for instance %f for helper apps on NS for Windows once upon a time..
I don't recognize the /ADD "%1" syntax though.

confirming; bug 57420 _may_ fix this, but may not....
