User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:57.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/57.0 Firefox: 57.0.2, Build ID 20171206182557 I'm using Firefox release (57.0.2) on Windows 7 x64 for some time and I have not encountered any similar issues. Could you please give us more information regarding the number of tabs which you have open and if possible please list some of the websites that are opened when you are encountering this on. Also, can you please retest this issue on latest release build, using a new clean Firefox profile, to eliminate custom settings as a possible cause (https://goo.gl/azwcF4)?

Hi Marius, the last "hang" occurred with only 2 tabs open. A live stream (http://player.tritondigital.com/8051) and Outlook-Mail. I have just created a new profile and check if the error occurs again.

Hi Marius, bad news - a new "hang" with the new profile. There was 2 open FF-sessions, each with only 1 open tab. - my "standard-tab" (http://player.tritondigital.com/8051) in session 1, tab 1 and - amazon-login in session 2, tab 1 No other programm was running, the computer was started 3 minutes before.
Given the fact that this seems to be related to your setup, could you please install the "Gecko Profiler" add-on (https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Performance/Profiling_with_the_Built-in_Profiler)? When you encounter any slowness please collect a performance profile and then provide the link.

On a "hang" all and everything hangs and there is absolutly no chance to start a program or utility. But I got it and now I've the next problem: ------------------------------------------------------------ We were unable to connect to the Gecko profiler add-on within thirty seconds. This might be because the profile is big or your machine is slower than usual. Still waiting... perf.html Couldn't retrieve the profile from the Gecko Profiler Addon. TypeError: e.meta is undefined The full stack has been written to the Web Console. -> saved to a file but not attached ------------------------------------------------------------- Any ideas? But please not too technical - I am a "normal" computer user.

Could you please provide a copy after the "about:support" page? I am not sure, but probably this issue is caused by the "http://player.tritondigital.com/8051" page. Can you still reproduce the issue even if the page is not opened?

Marking this as Resolved - Incomplete due to the lack of response from the reporter. If anyone can still reproduce it on the latest versions, feel free to reopen the issue and provide more information.
