142411 - Need ability to map record field on CSV Address book import

I have tried to use the Address book import facility to import a CSV file. 
Outlook really shines in this area: It allows the user to map existing fields in
the CSV file to defined fields in the Outlook Address record.  Mozilla,
unfortunately, has no such flexibility, and therefore the import facility is
severely limited.  [What I actually needed to do was import my CSV file into
Outlook, and then import Outlook's address book into Mozilla.]

Please take a look at how Outlook imports CSV files and try to emulate this.  I
can supply a well-defined CSV file (with the header line) as an example.  The
better Mozilla mail is at importing CSV formats, the more people will be
inclined to switch from the current client and use Mozilla :)
