The numbers of samples dropped from ~4M to ~200K.  I'm not sure if this is a service worker specific problem or a mobile telemetry problem.

James, have we seen any other problems with fennec telemetry around this same time frame?

There is a similar spike down in submissions and samples for GC_MS on mobile.  This suggests either:

a) There is a problem on mobile in general, or
b) This is normal and the last day or so of data is still coming in for some reason.

Whatever it is, though, it doesn't seem to effect desktop.
I think things look ok now, right Ben? Must've been some temporary collection issue?
