142499 - Mail and News Accounts Not Accessible When Upgrading From 0.99 to RC1

When RC1 is installed after 0.99 I am unable to access any of my multiple POP
accounts. The list of accounts is on the LHS of the window as usual except
clicking them has no effect. I have tried uninstalling 0.99 first and then
copying over the profile details but without success.

To reproduce:

Run a clean install of Moz 0.99

Set up multiple mail accounts, retrieve email for some, if not all accounts

Install Moz RC1 either on top of 0.99 OR

Save profile data from 0.99, uninstall and clean install RC1 and copy over
profile info.

No mail accounts will be accessible, Mail & Newsgroups Accouont Settings will
not let you modify the accounts. Bookmarks etc. will still be present from
original profile.

p.s. I have tried removing the "Read Only" status from all the copied profile info.

Uninstall mozilla, delete all files in c:\programs\mozilla.org that are not
deleted (save your plugins first) and reinstall should fix that.
