The MDN page on Custom Elements page says Firefox has "No Support", and furthermore:
Firefox has "dom.webcomponents.enabled" preference in about:config but even when set to true the custom elements feature is not available.
This doesn't seem to be true anymore. On Firefox 57 and 58, I only have a flag "dom.webcomponents.customelements.enabled", and that one does indeed allow me to define Cusom Elements. So is it correct to change the table cell to "Supported" now?

I'm currently working on adding compat data for parts of web components. Because there are a number of different parts, I've decided not to add detailed compat data to the updated guides I've written, instead preferring to add this to specific reference pages.
I've added a note to the tutorial that replaces the guide you linked to (it should redirect automatically) to cover compat information as it currently stands.
