Steps to reproduce:
Go to any page on raw.githubusercontent.com, e.g. https://gist.githubusercontent.com/ThiefMaster/9d965e810519dc2634388216c67011c6/raw/cat.txt which is text/plain
Actual results:
Web extensions do not work. This includes the built-in screenshot tool of firefox, which shows the "this isn't a standard web page" error.
Expected results:
Web extension should work just fine, since it's a normal web site.
