Steps to reproduce

1. Click on File Menu
2. Now move mouse over to Edit menu


Expected Result: Edit menu should be shown

Actual Result: Edit Menu is not shown. I have to click twice on Edit to get edit
menu. Once to get rid of teh File menu and second to get the Edit menu


I'm pretty sure this is regression. Used to work before.
Forgot to mention. I am using Build 200250521 on Linux, classic theme.
