Steps to reproduce: 1.Find link that open in a new tab/windows when clicked 2.Click it while holding down Ctrl Actual Results: Link opened in a new tab and switched to it immediately.It should switch to new tab immediately only when link is only clicked (while not holding Ctrl) Expected Results: Link should have open in a new tab and not switched to it immediately.

Steps to reproduce:
1.Find link that open in a new tab/windows when clicked
2.Click it while holding down Ctrl

Actual Results:
Link opened in a new tab and switched to it immediately.It should switch to
new tab immediately only when link is only clicked (while not holding Ctrl)

Expected Results:
Link should have open in a new tab and not switched to it immediately.

There's a preference for this, called "When you open a link in a new tab, switch to it immediately". The default setting is just as you expect, as far as I can tell.
