User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:59.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/59.0 Build ID: 20171215100105 Steps to reproduce: On Nightly: 59.0a1 build 12-15 (64 bit) with all addons turned off Go to: https://us.norton.com/core Scroll down the entire page to load all the elements. Go back to top and start scrolling down the page with arrow keys Actual results: You should notice an FPS drop when near the animated gif (about center of page) Once you scroll past, you should see FPS return to normal levels Expected results: I would have expected the FPS to stay around the same rate with a gif on the screen.
