Read the doc, but that didn't fix the links in your testbed. Links still do not
work. Since the bug is still assigned to Terri, the person who is listed as
responsible for the Drag&Drop tests, I've re-opened the bug.

Jay, what exactly are you reporting against? All you have in this bug are
broken links. Is this a bug with the Mozilla browser or some docs on the
Mozilla.org webpage?
Ok, now I understand. There are broken links on the test-case webpage. Sorry
about that Jay.

An email from the reporter:

So, as I was trying to run some of these Drag&Drop tests,
instead of clicking on a link to get the steps to run,
the link was bad so I was unable to run that test.

This isn't a problem with Bugzilla, but instead with the
test suite, that's why it was assigned to Terri, the person
who was responsible for those tests.
