Undo of message deletion (IMAP and POP) no longer working

Win32 1999-09-17-13-m11 release build

Simple case for POP
1) Edit | New Account Wizard
2) Create a new POP account
3) Select the Inbox; Get new messages and log in
4) Select a message
5) Delete the message
6) Look at the Edit menu

Actual Results:
The Undo menu item is disabled and the shortcut key is non-functional

Expected Results:
The Undo menu should be enabled so that the deleted operation can be undone.

Notes: The deleted message does go to the trash folder correctly.
Same problem for IMAP protocol

I believe Undo was working in previous builds - see bug 9704 which talked about
using this feature.

Verified on MacOS mozilla seamonkey build 1999-09-29-08.  I can successful use
undo under IMAP and POP.  :)

I have not tried it on Windows or Linux.

Linux/11-03-09-M11:

Need to reopen this bug since the Edit|Undo menu item is disabled(gray out),
Cannot use "Undo" functionality now....

The undo being disabled is another bug.  Karen - do a search for all bugs with
Undo in the summary.

The UI not being there is http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=16189.
Going to mark this one fixed again.  We'll use that other bug to track the
progress.

Verified as fixed on win, mac, and linux.  Undo works under POP and IMAP.  The
builds that I tested were:
