Clicking on this and several other links (at this site and others) Produces the
following error.

Error trying to validate certificate from <HOST> using OSCP <. . .> Error Code:
-8073

I click OK and nothing happens

Dupe. The workaround is to turn off OCSP. Edit>Prefs>Privacy>Validation> Do not 
use OCSP.

Sorry,  I tried searching for OCSP before sumbitting.  I don't know how I missed
it.  I will be more diligent in the future.
