When using Mozilla, I get the following error:

Microsoft VBScript runtime  error '800a01f4'
Variable is undefined: 'strPolicy'
/pipabi/select.asp, line 250

IE6 displays the correct account information.

Sometimes, when you go to Encarta (http://encarta.msn.com) a error occurs. In
the display window of Mozilla,

is displayed. When Encarta is viewed on Internet Explorer 6, this error does not
occur.

The ASP error are serverside error, that most likely happends because of bad
browsersniffing.

Works for me in Ie and NS 7.

Resolving as invalid becasue it is outside the browser realm

This probably belongs in a new bug, but since the OCSP issues seem resolved
since they are marked fixed, there are issues with the site's security
certificates.  I get three instances of:
Error trying to validate certificate from safesite.safeco.com using OSCP -
response contains a date which is in the future.
