Steps to reproduce:

Restore Firefox window (window NOT maximized/minimized).


Actual results:

The tab bar shows a 2 pixel width white line above the tabs, when window is not maximized (colored blue in the screenshot). Additionally the red background of the close button does not reach to the bottom of the tab bar: there is a 2 pixel gap (colored in green on the screenshot).

PS: The screenshots are are zoomed in.


Expected results:

Everything should look, like it does, when the window is maximized.
