Steps to reproduce:
 1) Navigate to about:studies on a Firefox installation that got Looking Glass pushed to in via Shield.
 2) Notice how the past studies show looking-glass-2 and pug-experience. Neither links anywhere but looking-glass-2's truncated description text suggests that the name of the thing is indeed "Looking Glass".
 3) Do a Google search for "looking glass firefox"
 4) Notice that the first normal search result is https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/lookingglass
 5) Follow the link.

Actual results:
The page https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/lookingglass explains nothing about why looking-glass-2 and pug-experience show up in past studies.

Expected results:
Expected the page to say that Looking Glass was previously deployed via the study mechanism and entries related to Looking Glass may, therefore, show up in the list of past studies, but Looking Glass has been withdrawn from studies and looking-glass-2 and pug-experience being listed under past studies means that Looking Glass as delivered via studies has already been removed and the user doesn't need to take further action.

Additional info:
It would be good to delete the "The Mozilla - Mr. Robot Connection" section as it looks rather out of touch under the circumstances.

Thanks for flagging me on this. I've added the following note:

"Looking Glass was previously delivered as a Shield study, so you might see looking-glass-2 and pug-experience in your past studies in about:studies. It has already been removed as a study and moved to an add-on so you do not need to take any further action."

As for the Mozilla-Mr. Robot connection, I suggest leaving it as it gives the reader more of a historical context for this add-on.
