Sometimes if I scroll around on this page https://github.com/jrmuizel/pdb-downloader/blob/master/src/main.rs I don't content painted when it's supposed to.

I suspect it might have to do with there being two scroll frames.
I can't repro. The page is barely scrollable, I would expect both scrollframes' displayports to include all their content so if stuff isn't showing up I have no idea why.
