1. Go to a long-ish page (e.g. http://diamondgeezer.blogspot.co.uk/) and zoom in so you can scroll both horizontally and vertically.
2. Scroll left until you reach the page edge.
3. Do a skew-ish fling up or down with a component to the left as well (i.e. fling your finger towards the upper or lower right corner of the screen).
Result:
The overscroll effect on the left edge of the screen is shown *after* scrolling stops (compare the attached video).
