It will be in tomorrow's nightly and next beta https://hg.mozilla.org/l10n-central/es-CL/rev/f934991d370d0c285235c54cc9fbbf352baf39e2 P.S. not sure who's packaging the dictionary on AMO, but the __MACOSX folder shouldn't be in the xpi
