I found this problem on 2002050306 branch window build when I try to test
bug 142562. If you load
http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=82516&action=view

resize down the window , somehow some text (such as "problem" or "no problme"
will disappered while you resize it. It not only when you resize it down, but
also happen when you resize it up.)

I think this is a bad bug
cannot reproduce this on MAcOS X.

20020506 branch build and 0424 build

can reproduce this problem on my window nt 4j with 20020425 build

can be reproduced on n6.2 1003 build (20011003 build) on SimpChinese window XP
can be reproduced on rv:0.9.2 Gecko/20010726 Netscape6/6.1  on SimpChinese window XP

I can reproduce this with 0506 branch build on my Simplified Chinese XP.
Can reproduce in on 05-06 branch build / WinXP-SC as well as on Win2k-SC.
Can not reproduce this on WinME-JA.

I can see this on WinXP-SC by resize the page http://www.mozilla.org a few
times, the date/time strings in the page will disappear.
