On www.cnn.com, clicking on the quickvote results in nothing happenning. 
Everything is enabled for scripting and this works with 0.99 and RC1.  It also
didn't work in the 0502 level.

Also, clicking on Help, About Mozilla doesn't work.  Entering the about: URL does.

I don't see this on current builds...
This is related to 142661.  Secondary widnows never appear and create zombie
tasks (the task count goes up) and the browser can't be shut down.

This is still failing on the 0506 build.  Running on Warp 4 Fix Pak 5.
This would appear to be something unique to your system, as noone else 
is seeing this problem.

Two questions:

1. Are you running any desktop enhancers, etc.?

2. Why are you running on such an old fixpak?
This bug should be closed in favor of 142661 which  I reported as what I thought
at the time was a different problem.  I notice that there is no way to close a
bug as a DUP of another that is NOT resolved.
