Build: 05-06 1.0.0 branch build on WinME-JA, WinXP-SC and Mac 10.1.4.
Steps:
1. Create a NEW profile and launch Netscape.
2. Load page: http://www.ntv.co.jp.
Result:
A scroll news message is displayed as garbled.
3. Quite Netscape and re-launch again.
4. Then the message will display fine.
Note:
This is a regression:
Not reproduce on N6.2.2 and 04-02 trunk build / WinXP-SC.
Reproducible on 04-08 trunk build / WinXP-SC.

No, the regression happened in April, even though when I first noticed it was in
May.

20020426 build on MacOSX is ok; but 20020430 on Win-SC is broken :(
